Privacy Policy

Our core privacy promise:

• Your interview answers stay in your browser. We never send them to our servers except the one time you ask us to generate your PDF, or if you opt in to email yourself a copy.
• We do not store your generated documents. Once your PDF is created and handed to you, it is discarded.
• We never ask for or store Social Security numbers.

We do keep a small amount of operational data with no case details attached: anonymous funnel analytics (which steps people complete), payment records handled by our payment processor (Stripe), and a metadata-only log of when a document was generated (state and document types, not the content).

If you opt in to have a copy of your packet emailed to you, that copy passes through our email provider to reach your inbox. We do not keep a copy after it is sent.
